FDF policies are developed through industry-wide consultation channelled through its Board, advised by specialist committees and groups and informed by sector networking groups.
FDF sector groups
CBD (Cannabidiol) Group
CBD is a new sector we have created, due to high interest and confusion around upcoming regulations. The CBD Group mission is to represent and influence the voice of FDF members operating in the CBD food and drink sector. To promote the sector and represent its viewpoint to Government departments and key stakeholder on relevant issues.
Ice Cream Group (IC)
The Ice Cream Committee represents the specific interests of the ice cream sector. The committee monitors and provides updates on developments and issues relating to ice cream and acts accordingly to safeguard industry interests. The committee is an active member of Euroglaces, the European ice cream association. The Committee also receives inputs from relevant FDF committees.
Organics Sector Group (ORG)
The Organic Sector group is the representative and influential voice of FDF members operating in the organic food and drink sector.
