This event will provide insight into how our members are involving all colleagues at all levels and departments in their sustainability strategies, and also how FDF’s Ambition 2030 can help with progress. 

Join us for a morning of discussion around how to foster a culture of sustainability and integrating this into all aspects of the organisation. Heather is a coach who works with sustainability professionals to support them to find more clarity, confidence and calm so that they can live and work in a more balanced and fulfilling way. She facilitates a group coaching programme for sustainability professionals; runs workshops; hosts monthly mindful nature walks in Surrey and has a podcast which explores how personal growth and transformation enables systemic change, called On Becoming the Change.
