Schär communication with consumers

Since the launch of Action on Fibre in 2021, Schär has run two social media campaigns to support Celebrating Food and Nutrition Week and Fibre February. The presentation ‘Fibre Insights’ presents the stats for the campaign.


Schär also published three website articles linked to from a dedicated consumer newsletter and social media posts.

The newsletter had a great reception – the stats are as follows:

  • Sept 2021: 108K recipients; 27.6% OR; 1.4% average CR on fibre-related articles.
  • Feb 2022: 108K recipients; 29% OR; 1.5% average CR on fibre-related articles.

Their fibre-focussed social posts and newsletter content received the 2nd highest engagement of all campaigns in the same time period.
