Making sense of scope 3 carbon emissions

10 February 2021

Presented by Engie

For many organisations, a large proportion of their total carbon emissions will fall within the scope 3 category (indirect emissions), making these a key area of focus to support the transition to net zero. Assessing carbon emissions across the entire supply chain can be complex to measure because they are generated from sources which are outside of your operational control. This second session of our webinar series addresses how organisations can identify, measure and reduce their scope 3 emissions and looks at the benefits that engaging your supply chain can deliver.

The webinar discusses:

  • What are scope 3 emissions?
  • How can they support your carbon reduction targets?
  • The tools and techniques to address and tackle these scope 3 emissions
  • Engaging your suppliers in the decarbonisation journey

Speaker: Matt Dracup, Energy Services, Director, Engie
