Understanding issues relating to the National Living Wage (NLW) and National Minimum Wage (NMW) are of great importance for the FDF members in helping to maintain a competitive employment offer and ensure compliant practice.
The FDF in consultation with our members submits written and oral evidence to the Low Pay Commission’s (LPC) annual consultation on wage rates and minimum wage policy, ensuring that the voice of the sector is considered in the proposals put forward by the Commission. We work to keep members up to date on the latest recommendations of the Commission and what impact this could have on businesses.
