The updated Food and Drink sector BREF note BAT conclusions (BATc) were published on 4 December 2019. This has triggered an environmental permit review for the Food and Drink sector by the UK environmental regulators, which may lead to new Emission Limit Values (ELVs) being imposed in the amended permits. You must be compliant with the new ELVs within 4 years, i.e. December 2023.

This webinar covers main changes in the revised BREF, EMS requirements, the permit review process, regulation 61 notices and derogation request.

Speaker: Paul Wright, Technical Discipline Manager, Environmental Management, Permitting and Compliance
