Kyle Constable – OAL
Kyle Constable is an apprentice at OAL, helping global food manufacturers adopt OAL's patented Steam Infusion technology to optimise their cooking process.

Kyle's commitment, work ethic, and commercial awareness have been the key to his success. He originally started with OAL as a process development trainee in 2017 and has since become Technical Sales Lead for Steam Infusion.
He is currently completing a higher apprenticeship in Food & Drink Manufacturing Operations Management at the University of Lincoln. Following the completion of his higher apprenticeship, he aims to study a degree apprenticeship, which the company would also support.
Prior to joining OAL, Kyle worked for Nestlé as a manufacturing apprentice and he has a wide experience of food manufacturing, having also previously worked in a butcher's. He brings extensive knowledge of factory best practice to OAL, which can be key when persuading a customer of the need for and viability of a new technology.
