Since Jordan’s assessment day, his values of hard work, curiosity and perseverance have been stand-out. After completing his degree in Engineering Management with a First-Class Honours, Jordan has led on numerous projects on site, making a real impact on the business.

These projects include the implementation of a new SAP Production Management System, data-led production line improvements, and the creation of training programmes for his fellow peers up and down the country. Experienced engineers will also often approach Jordan to help solve complex issues. His work has been recognised across the entire network, with Jordan receiving CCEP’s Apprentice of the Year award in both 2016 and 2018.
As well as demonstrating his natural aptitude for the role, Jordan has also been a fantastic ambassador for the manufacturing field as a whole. Acting as a Tasty Careers Ambassador, he shares advice about careers in food and drink manufacturing with other young people, and attends events such as the One Young World Conference to help drive positive change across the industry.
