KP Snacks has step changed their HR ways of working with four great initiatives that have delivered significant benefits to colleagues. By involving colleagues in the design of these initiatives, as well as the implementation, it has meant the uptake by KP employees has been high. The initiatives give access to all KP’s colleagues through innovative new digital platforms to enable better engagement, communication, recognition, access to benefits, and learning.
KP have even launched an App to promote health and wellbeing and offered every colleague a fitness tracker. By utilising existing infrastructure, namely employee personal mobiles and devices, it has meant that those working in manufacturing sites, who don’t have a company email or mobile, have the same access to information and benefits as office-based colleagues. It has also meant that the initiatives have been cost effective for the business too. The result: a more engaged and connected workforce that is delivering great results.
