Tish is the Senior Engineering Manager at the Market Garden Road site in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire. Since joining two years ago, she has established herself as an integral member of the site management team who inspires others, sets aspirational goals and adapts to adversity in a professional, pragmatic and responsive manner. She is held in high regard across all business units thanks to her ‘people first’, “hands-on” commitment to delivering results.

Her engineering leadership has led to improved site safety and technical standards, successful delivery of major capital upgrades, improved machine reliability and a clear strategy for the improved future performance of the site. This has all been delivered whilst supporting strategic transformation from a five day to 24/7 operation and managing COVID challenges.
