Scottish food and drink producers are playing a key role in helping consumers to achieve a healthy balanced diet. From changing recipes (reformulation) and portion sizing to new product development and advice to consumers. FDF members’ voluntary work is already delivering positive changes to shopping baskets.

Our Reformulation team is helping small to medium sized food companies to make their food healthier.
