Quorn’s new innovations to help bridge the gap

04 May 2023

In 2022, Quorn Foods launched 15 new Quorn products, all of which were at least a source of fibre, with five being high in fibre.

One such innovation is Quorn Mini Fillets which comes in two flavours, sweet chilli and jerk, was launched in the deli category as a perfect addition to salads and wraps or as a snack in its own right. With both varieties providing 7.3g fibre/100g they are an easy way to boost fibre intake. As of the end of December 2022, 82% of Quorn’s UK portfolio provides at least a source of fibre.

Early in 2022, Quorn Foods launched new nutrition profiles for innovation which include minimum levels of fibre to be met, on a category-by-category basis. The business has also incorporated fibre targets into its 2030 net positive (sustainability) nutrition goals.
